This large first floor apartment is set on a beautiful, quiet residential street within walking distance to the local shops, restaurants, green and rolling sand dunes of both Lytham and St. Annes-on-Sea. Finished to a high quality standard, you will enter the property via its own private entrance up a staircase leading you to accommodation boasting soothing colour schemes and plenty of style. This contemporary grey shade is carried through the apartment, changing its tone slightly in keeping with the sleek character of the home. The kitchen, wonderfully appointed with slimline units and an adjoining utility room housing a washing machine, is presented in a gleaming white. The comforts of the sitting room benefit a feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining area. Enjoy the luxuries of the bathroom, opulently designed with chic smoky grey tiles, bath tub with a shower over and a heated towel rail. Two delightful bedrooms accompany the apartment, thoughtfully styled with luxurious bedding and furnishings to make your stay as restful as possible. There is so much to do in the immediate area, from cycling to shopping, bird watching, golf, swimming and boating, this seaside haven is the perfect escape, with this wonderful holiday let to situate yourselves in.

The towns of Lytham and St Annes-on-Sea nestle along a stretch of coastline lined with parks. A short stroll from the Lytham seafront brings you to Clifton Street, where you’ll find boutiques, restaurants and independent shops. Lytham Green, a strip of grass running between the shore and the main coastal road, is a notable landmark, overlooking the River Ribble towards the Welsh Mountains, and home to the restored Windmill and Old Lytham Lifeboat House museum. Those interested in craft ales can take a tour of the Lytham Brewery, whilst walkers will adore the dunes of St Annes-on-Sea and the Ribble Estuary.
