All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with gas fire.

Gas central heating with gas fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen (no towels provided) inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk and pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property has good bus and train links. Note: Cafe and Gardens on the grounds are closed in October. Note: The bath is no longer in the property. This has been replaced with a shower cubicle.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
