Underfell is a beautiful semi-detached property based in Burton-in-Kendal, Cumbria. The property is all located on the ground floor and has been renovated into a modern holiday home, with contemporary fittings and furnishings for your comfort. It is perfect for friends to gather together and enjoy this wonderful part of Cumbria. The interior consists of a double bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a single bedroom. Both bedrooms have doors leading out into the garden. It has a modern bathroom, which acts as a wet room, with an exquisite shower. There is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area which seats three, as well as a breakfast bar. Not to forget the high-quality coffee maker for the caffeine enthusiasts. The living room is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating and wooden flooring. There are patio doors which slide open to the garden. There is an additional living area with ample seating, and a bookcase stocked with plenty of reading materials. Outside, you will find an enclosed, spacious garden with a patio area. Local attractions include Arnside and Silverdale, which are nature reserves offering scenic walking trails amid wildflowers, birds and butterflies. For the more adventurous, visit Hutton Roof Crags, a 900-foot hill with a large area of limestone pavements, a nature reserve and woodland. There is ample off-road parking for four cars. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
