The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for twelve, woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove and a second sitting room. The bedrooms include a double and five twins, along with two bathrooms and two shower rooms. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a garden patio with furniture and hot tub. Within 4 miles there is a shop and within 1.4 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Two well-behaved pets are welcome however smoking is not permitted. The Big Barn is a wonderful escape for exploring th wonders of North Wales. Please note, unfenced pond and lake, children to be supervised outside.

Location Details

Denbigh is an 11th-century town with the ruins of a 13th-century castle built on a steep hill above the town with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Denbigh is a bustling little town with a variety of shops and pubs, as well as a number of festivals and events, such as walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People's Market. The cathedral at St Asaph, the beach resorts of Prestatyn or Llandudno, and the mediaeval city of Chester, just across the border in England, are all within easy distance of Denbigh. The Snowdonia National Park, with its gorgeous lakes, mountains, walking and cycling trails, is only a short drive away, while the Lleyn Peninsula and superb beaches on Anglesey are ideal for a day excursion. At any time of year, there is plenty to see and do!

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
