Accommodation Details
All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size with TV, en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot (no mattress) and highchair available to hire. Off-road parking for one car. Terrace with furniture and private hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub on-site. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Due to elevated terrace next to lake and due to other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: The TV in the bedroom has no terrestrial channels, only access to streaming services, such as Netflix. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.
Location Details
Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. Lanreath is rural in character with a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. There are a number of ghost stories associated with Lanreath. The fishing town of Looe is an easy drive away, with a beautiful beach and the Looe music festival, you don't have to camp and and you can dine on fresh seafood by the waters edge.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
