Over two floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 4' double and 1 x adult bunk room. Bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Lower ground floor open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and downstairs WC.

Sandstone patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 9 mins walk. Note: Access to the cottage is via a Steep pathway down from the nearest street, and this might therefore be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The quickest route into the centre of Looe is via a flight of 86 steps. Note: If you are visiting between 30 September and 1st May, it is permissible to park on the double-yellow lines on Barbican Hill. Note: Roadside parking available 4 mins walk away and pay and display car parks available in the town. Note: The property is accessed by the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor, with the living area and kitchen downstairs on the ground floor.
Location Details
Loor is a coastal town in Cornwall, England, situated on both sides of the River Looe. It is within close proximity to East Looe Beach, and a range of local pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Boasting stunning historical buildings and a seven arched bridge, built in 1853 to connect East and West Looe over the river. It has been a holiday resort for over 200 years and it's easy to see why tourists revisit year after year.
