Situated in the exclusive and gated development of Shire Horse Mews, Footprint is a conversion from the original stables used by the Devenish Brewery in Weymouth. Boasting a stylish lounge and a master bedroom with en-suite, this mews cottage is very comfortably appointed and well equipped. It is light and airy with purples, greys, and reds and wood elements included in the décor of the property. It is warm and cosy for winter holidays, and is perfectly located for summer breaks. A short stroll away is ever-changing Brewers Quay area with cafes, restaurants and an antiques emporium and XV century Tudor house. Just a few minutes' walk away is Newton’s Cove offering a lovely promenade walk and pebble beach which leads to Nothe Fort and Gardens, the perfect place for a picnic on a sunny day. Weymouth's golden sands lie only about a 15 minute walk away from the property. A brisk walk along the quayside to collect your morning paper will start the day well. Weymouth is a perfect location to lots to entertain and explore. Whether you like walking or driving and visiting places, you will find a lot of destinations to choose from nearby if you decide to leave the beach behind. You can visit beautiful Durdle Door and Lulworth cove which can be easily reached either with car or a bus, or you can choose to walk on the stunning clifftops following the South West Coast path. It’s a challenging 16-mile walk, but very rewarding. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to finish your day with a tasty meal in Weymouth, with every type of cuisine available. Venture along the coast to the east and visit the beautiful historic village of Abbotsbury with its Swannery and Sub-tropical gardens. There are various attractions in the village with small shops and beautiful village streets, and with a visit to the Children’s Barn and St Catherine’s Chapel you can spend the whole day there, perhaps topped off with a tasty cream tea. Sleeping up to five people this beautiful and stylish property will help you to relax and enjoy the delights of Weymouth and the surrounding area.

This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
