With use of a seasonal heated swimming pool (available from May half term to October), lovely communal gardens and an allocated parking space and mooring, this wonderful apartment is a fantastic base for a couple or young family looking for a Salcombe waterside break. This enviable poolside garden flat hosts magnificent views of Salcombe estuary towards South Pool Creek, to be enjoyed from the living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom not only features a comfortable King-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, it overlooks the garden, pool and estuary, so you can wake up to the pretty sight of boats bobbling along the water. The second bedroom has two single beds with a wardrobe, dressing table, shelves and en suite bathroom with shower (over), perfect for a soak in the bath to unwind after an afternoon spent swimming in the pool. As well as the bathroom, there is a shower room with shower cubicle, ideal for rinsing sandy toes after a lovely beach walk. 1 The Salcombe is a wonderful property to visit for a relaxed, waterside break and you’ll be spoilt for choice with stunning nearby beaches at East Portlemouth, North Sands and South Sands.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
