7 Glenthorne House is a three-bedroom second floor apartment located within a Victorian villa, within easy walking distance to the heart of Salcombe. This spacious apartment is accessed through a shared entrance and staircase and the front door opens into a lobby, from which all rooms are accessed. The lounge comprises of two comfortable sofas, a window bench seat, TV with integrated DVD player and offers fantastic views out over the Estuary towards South Pool. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. A large ash dining table provides comfortable seating for six. Accommodating six guests, the property has three bedrooms.
