Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. Cloakroom with w.c and hand basin. Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. Well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs and flowers. WiFi

The garage and driveway at the front of Blackgate provide parking for approximately 4 cars or boats. There is also unrestricted parking on the road outside the house. The property includes gas fired central heating and hot water. Pets are not accepted and the property. Strictly No Smoking. Bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach towels).
