Four bedrooms all en suite: 2 x super King-size with a bath with rainhead shower (over) plus hand-held shower, wash-hand basin, cabinet, w.c, and heated towel rail. 2 x super King-size (can be made into twins on request) with en suite shower rooms with a large walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, cabinet, w.c. and heated towel rail. Kitchen with adjacent utility/cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Dining/sitting room
Amenities & Facilities
Inset gel fire (electric), wall-mounted TV with Sky Q, Bluray player and a bluetooth speaker. Nexus Rangemaster cooker, integrated dishwasher, American fridge/freezer (with water and ice dispenser), and larder. Washing machine, tumble dryer and small sink. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels excluding beach towels are supplied. There is parking for up to four cars (three in front of the barn and one in a designated space to the rear), and two EV chargers. Fully enclosed area of stone terrace with garden picnic table and bench seating. There are also 4 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs and a corner sofa set. Large fire pit that can be adapted for use as either a charcoal barbecue or pizza oven. Strictly No Smoking
