Two bedrooms on the ground floor: 1x double, 1 x twin. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with doors to the terrace and garden. Glorious views. Two bathrooms. 50 steps to reach the top decking area looking out to sea and river at the top of the garden. The Lower deck is immediately outside the kitchen. The Lounge has great views across the river to Kingswear

Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and two mobile 'butchers' blocks. Log burning stove. TV, DVD player and CD player with iPod docking unit. Washer/Dryer. Gas fired central heating and hot water WiFi. Two small dogs permitted. An annual parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). Bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. Private patio with table, chairs and sun loungers. Note: Access is gained via 50 steps to reach the top decking area looking out to sea and river at the top of the garden. The Lower deck is immediately outside the kitchen. The Lounge has great views across the river to Kingswear. Strictly No Smoking
