Situated in the heart of the popular sailing town of Salcombe, just a few steps from the town’s restaurants, shops and quayside, Lee Shore is a superb base. This comfortable two storey apartment is perfect for a couple. With one charming double bedroom that sleeps two, this cosy and romantic property is ideal for a break together. (There will be a second bedroom with a single bed available from January 2020). Why not head out for a little retail therapy, enjoy an ice cream whilst wandering along the water’s edge hand-in-hand, or head to one of the many sandy beaches. Whether you opt for sun bathing on the sand, paddling in the crystal clear waters, or trying new watersports, Salcombe’s sandy coves are unmissable! If you prefer walking, the South West Coast Path is also easily accessible, whilst the National Trust property Overbeck’s House and Gardens is well worth a visit. Lee Shore is imaginatively decorated and has a wonderful open plan living area, with a fully-fitted kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, and a comfortably furnished sitting area, boasting views across Salcombe estuary towards Fisherman's Cove and East Portlemouth. On the lower floor are the double bedroom and shower room, plus a separate cloakroom. With so much to do ‘on the doorstep’, Lee Shore is a fabulously located apartment for couples looking for a little rest and relaxation in beautiful surroundings.
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
