On the ground floor: 1 x super king-size bedroom (can be a twin room if requested at time of booking) with a spacious accessible en-suite wet room including a Grohe rain head shower plus handheld shower, basin, w.c and heated towel rail with tiled floors and walls. 1 x family bunk bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle bed under (suitable for children and only available on request) plus a triple bunk which has a single bed over a small double. Please note the top bunk is available for children over the age of 6 with a maximum weight of 70kg; the lower bunk is suitable for weight up to 300kg. Attached to this bedroom is an en-suite bathroom including a bath, with Grohe shower (over), basin, w.c heated towel rail and tiles to flooring and walls. 1 x family bunk bedroom with 1 set of bunk beds with a trundle bed under (suitable for children and only available on request at an additional charge) plus a triple bunk which has a single bed over a small double.
