Receive a warm welcome from the open-plan living room with its comfy sofa nestled among white-washed cladding and slate floor, a bistro style dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Kick off your shoes and tuck into the delicious cream tea presented on arrival. Take your favourite book out onto the front patio and enjoy a quiet read in the sun, as the aroma of sea salt fills your nose. Explore the wonderful surrounding area and on return, catch your rest in the charming double bedroom, decorated with soothing tones and thoughtful accessories. The luxury shower room has a walk-in shower cubicle, limestone tiles, a fabulous pebbled feature wall and floor and porthole window. The Port William bar & restaurant and the Strand café are a stones throw away, while the nearest supermarket is an easy drive away. Stroll or hike along the South West Coast Path, whichever way takes your fancy. Only two miles away is Tintagel, known for its staggeringly beautiful castle headland and Arthurian legends. Short drives away are the coastal villages of Boscastle, with its enigmatic harbour and cafes, and the pretty fishing village of Port Isaac, famed for its seafood restaurants and 'Doc Martin'! Inland you can explore the vast wilderness of Bodmin Moor; full of archaeological antiquities, tors, and lakes. If you're feeling energetic, choose from surfing, walking or cycling the Camel Trail; each making you feel fully refreshed when it is time to head home. There are traditional pubs, shops and restaurants in abundance littering the pretty towns and villages of the area. This is the perfect base for you and your loved one.

LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
