Home to three bedrooms comprised of a king-size, a double and a single, this property can sleep up to five guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground-floor is home to a kitchen/diner and living/dining room. Outside there is an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a gravelled area, as well as permit parking for one car to the front of the property. 4 Arthur Road is the ideal setting for a fun family getaway to the West Midlands countryside. Please note the lounge gas fire is no longer in use but the property has gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. 43 inch Smart TV, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden suitable for most dogs with a patio featuring outdoor seating and gravel area. Perfectly located for people with a variety of interests as centrally located for shopping, historical sites and sports. Canal around the corner, for walks into town and cycling and The Bandstand is a short walk away with summer entertainment and buskers. Cycling available on the Stratford Greenway route which is a sustrans national route. Stratford Leisure Centre is less than a mile away with children's climbing, swimming pool, gym and indoor football. Railway station under a mile, so you can have a drive free holiday. Shakespeare's birthplace is only a 10 minute walk and The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is a 15 minute walk away. Butterfly Farm less than a mile away. Golf course and Lido approx 2 miles away. Angling available at Recreation Park and The Lido. Please note some attractions/activities may be seasonal. Fantastic access to the wider Cotswold region for day trips eg Bourton on the Water, Bibury Trout Farm or to Cheltenham for a day at The Races.
