Praa Waves is a stunning coastal duplex apartment situated within a short stroll of the golden beach at Praa Sands, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has breath-taking views across the landscape to the sea, and offers a stylish interior, perfect for families looking for a quiet escape to the Cornish coast. Stepping inside there is an open-plan living space, featuring a corner sofa and two easy chairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Cornwall. Take advantage of the flat screen TV and enjoy a round of your favourites shows in the evening. Patio doors lead out onto a furnished balcony area from the living area, ideal for enjoying an evening sundowner. The dining area has seating for up to six people, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals whilst admiring the far reaching views.The kitchen has been amply equipped with everything you could need for a family week away. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
