Set on a working farm. 2 bedrooms, approached by steep steps with stairgate, 1 king and 1 twin rooms. Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge with wood burner set in a feature fireplace (first basket of logs free). TV and DVD. Conservatory/breakfast room overlooking the garden, with hi fi and indoor toys. Bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Large, shared enclosed garden with patio. BBQ and garden furniture. Children s play facilities a wooden play fort with climbing frame, swings, slide and lots of small toys. Due to the location the Wi Fi can be intermittent. Electric included, gas heaters and storage heaters on first floor. Cot available Highchair available. 2 dogs welcome please be advised it is a working farm so dogs must be on a lead whilst in the yard. Footpaths directly from the property are perfect for walking dogs. Farm activities: The owners love visitors to help feed the chickens, collect the eggs, meet the owners pets and see the animals in the pets corner.. Lambing season from December to March; in the spring season you can also help with the orphan lambs. Beach, swimming pool and golf 9 miles, riding 1.5 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles.

A little further afield you can explore the spectacular Exmoor National Park. You could visit popular seaside towns including Brean and Burnham on Sea, famous for their excellent sandy beaches. Among the many attractions nearby are Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Glastonbury Tor, Somerwest World and the Clarks Village shopping outlet. You could also visit some of the popular towns and cities nearby including Glastonbury, Wells, Bridgwater and Weston Super Mare. Bridgewater carnival in November is located only 15 minutes away which the jubilee cart will be presented and makes their way around the towns in the South West, It is the biggest carnival in the UK. On entering this beautiful and traditional property, which forms a wing of a fantastic farmhouse, you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which retains many original features including exposed beams and stonework and a feature fireplace.
