Enclosed garden with side and rear pedestrian access with garden furniture and BBQ. Allocated parking for 1 car, and public car park at rear for additional vehicles. Electric, central heating and Wi Fi included. 1 dog welcome, to stay on the ground floor only please. Pebble beach, shops, pubs all within walking distance.

The cottage is ideally situated for discovering West Somerset and North Devon, with plenty of attractions to suit all tastes including the West Somerset Steam Railway, Somerwest World at Minehead, Dunster Castle and Porlock. Venturing a little further afield you could visit popular towns including Lynmouth and Lynton. On entering this beautiful three storey town house, you will find yourself in the light and welcoming kitchen/diner. Here you will find a charming dining area, and the stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a cosy double bedroom, as well as a WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find the bright and attractive lounge, which is an ideal space to relax in, with comfortable seating, TV/DVD and a charming Juliet balcony.
