Please ensure dogs are kept on a close lead, unless in the enclosed garden or exercise field, as the owners have resident cats, sheep and chickens. The Tamar Lakes, Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor, The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep are all within easy reach and a great answer to what to do on a rainy Devon afternoon. Slightly further afield, but still within an hour s drive, is the market town of Barnstaple, Dartmoor National Park, historic Tintagel and Bodmin Moor making this property the perfect base to explore some of the highlights of both Devon and Cornwall. This barn conversion, which is full of character and still retains its exposed beams, offers one double bedroom and one twin. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC and lounge/diner is a large comfortable area with a woodburner (first basket of logs free), a radio/CD player, flatscreen TV, DVD and recording HD box. If you would rather stay in to cook than venture out for food, the well equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside is a private enclosed garden, which has the sun all day . Dogs can be exericsed in a designated field onsite. Ample off road parking is available. Please note that dogs are expected to be kept on a lead unless in the enclosed garden or the exercise field due to the resident animals..
