Dogs are restricted to the lounge/diner using the door provided). Beach and selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Please note that there is a steep incline heading back towards the property. Private off road parking for 3 cars.

There are many other attractions including the National Trust property Arlington Court, the pretty fishing village Clovelly, or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park. On entering this bright and airy single level property you will find yourself in the spacious and elegant open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
