Bathroom with shower over bath. Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine. Electric and central heating included. Wi Fi included. Private water supply bringing bottled water is recommended. Parking for 2 small cars. Beach, shop and pub 2.5miles. Please note that the access road to the property is uneven and there are pot holes.

Why not take a journey on the steam railway to Dolgogh waterfalls and Tal y Llyn Lake. There are a range of attractions nearby including Ynys Hir nature reserve, the Dyfi Opsrey project, the Centre of Alternative Technology with cliff railway, King Arthurs Labyrinth, the slate mines, the Museum of Modern Art Wales and the Owain Glyndwr Centre to name but a few. Approached via a steep single track private road, you enter the property via the wrap around balcony, into the main hallway. To your right you will find a light lounge space with double sofa bed, TV/DVD and patio doors leading onto the balcony. To your left from the entrance hallway, you can access the lovely dining room which also benefits from patio doors onto the balcony, making the most of the spectacular estuary views. Beyond this is the well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine. Continuing along the main corridor, you will find a family bathroom to your left, followed by four bedrooms with linen and towels included for your stay. Outside there is an enclosed, private paved garden with furniture. A perfect place to sit back, relax and admire the views with family and friends.
