Bathroom: with hand held shower attachment over bath and WC.. Downstairs cloakroom and WC. Lounge with Freeview TV, electric fire and french doors. Cosy second living room.. Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. French doors open from the kitchen/diner onto a private enclosed sun trap courtyard that offers outside seating (not suitable for ball games). Parking for 1 medium car in garage and 1 medium car on the drive. Bed linen, electric, central heating and wi fi included. Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Regret no smoking or pets. Beach, shops and pubs walking distance. Bus stops close by.. This property must not be used as a party house or for stag/hen parties or similar gatherings.
