Please note: there is a narrow lane with uneven road surface to approach the cottage.. 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single 1 bathroom. WC and separate bathroom with bath with shower over. Soak up the breath taking views to Baggy Point, take a ride on the funicular railway at Lynton and Lynmouth and stroll to the highest point of the beautiful Valley of the Rocks, which forms part of Exmoor National Park. Other family attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park. You can also head along the coast in the opposite direction to discover Ilfracombe and the beautiful surfers paradise of Woolacombe Bay. Enter via the kitchen/diner where you will find a oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer to ensure you re well equipped during your holiday. The pretty garden is fully enclosed and dog safe with a wooden fence, not only for complete privacy but perfect for dogs too. There is also outside seating so that during the warmer months you can spend time relaxing outdoors. At the front of the property there is a private footpath with a low wall behind which is a running stream. Parking for two cars.
