Kitchen/diner well equipped with granite work tops, double oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, a small freezer, microwave. French doors opening onto the gardens and a walk in cupboard with washer/dryer. Enclosed cottage style garden that is sunny for most of the day, laid to grass with herbaceous borders and garden furniture. Off road, gated parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking if required. Electric and central heating and Wi Fi included. Regret no pets. Village shop, pub, children s park and church all within easy walking distance. Additional info: a folder of detailed walks and maps is kept in the cottage for visitors to use and the owners are both available should guests require any local knowledge as the property adjoins the owners home . Can be booked alongside Walnut Barn .
