Within a 35 minutes drive are the cities of Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton, each with something different to offer. Guests will be sure to make the most of the New Forest on their doorstep, with its choice of unspoilt woodland walks, bike rides and other outdoor activities. This accommodation is arranged all on one level, and upon entry you will be immediately greeted by entrance hall, leading to the spacious lounge/diner. A large and open space, the lounge has everything you need to relax, including comfortable furniture showing traditional comfort mixed with modern living. a TV/DVD to watch and a hi fi to listen to. The dining area is found separately, with a dining table large enough for meals for all occasions and leads through to the sun room. Here there are even more sofas to relax on, while you can enjoy the views looking out to the garden the sun room also has doors leading outside. The kitchen contains everything that guests may need to fully enjoy their stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The property has two double bedrooms, each carefully decorated, with an en suite shower room. Curl up with a good book on the sofa or enjoy watching the garden birds feed from the patio doors leading into the garden from the bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The pretty garden features a patio area complete with seating, perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings. This then overlooks the rest of the garden, laid to lawn with additional seating and a netted water feature as the centrepiece. There is a pedestrian gate to the right of the property which leads to the owners' residence however please be assured that the property and gardens offer complete privacy.
