The beautiful South Wales countryside is on the doorstep with the traditional seaside resort and surfing beaches of Porthcawl 10 miles away , the stunning Gower Peninsula, Swansea and the bright lights of the Welsh capital Cardiff are within driving distance. As you open the front door of this character property you will enter the spacious lounge area, with a comfy sofa, TV, exposed beams and an inglenook fire place with a wood burner. This is the perfect space to relax and unwind with family and friends after a busy day exploring South Wales. As you stroll through the lounge you will enter the farmhouse kitchen with formal dining area and views across the rear garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher along with a separate utility room with washing machine and freezer.
