A trip to Haldon Hills will satisfy the mountain biking enthusiasts. Just six miles away, the thriving cathedral city of Exeter offers a slice of cosmopolitan life, with its array of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Also, a short drive away, the east Devon coast is home to some fantastic beaches, including Sidmouth and Branscombe, while slightly further afield the Jurassic Coast and its ever popular Lyme Regis are well worth a visit. The tiled contemporary shower room is located on the ground floor, while upstairs in the eaves of this property the spacious king size bedroom features an apex ceiling and skylight above the bed, perfect for a spot of stargazing. There is also an office/desk area for those needing to catch up on some work. Step outside through the French doors to a gravelled area to the front of the property, where there is a bistro table and chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine.
