A pub and shop are two miles away and there are many options available for day trips by car. The popular coastal town of Bude is 13 miles away with its shops, pubs and several beaches including Widemouth Bay. There are many local tourist attractions in the area including The Big Sheep, RHS Rosemoor, Tamar Lakes and the Milky Way Adventure Park. Moving further afield, Tintagel, Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and Barnstaple are all within an hour s drive. Inside the property itself, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner features vaulted beamed ceilings, a smart TV in the lounge, a radio/CD player and a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included).
