Further afield you have the ever popular town of Bude which boasts a choice of beaches, numerous amenities and a picturesque canal. The open plan lounge and dining room welcome you in with light tones and a country charm, the modern kitchen is just off this room with similar calming tones. Upstairs the spacious king size bedroom has luxurious linens and a magnificent original beam sweeping across the ceiling. The shower room has a rain forest shower to indulge yourself under. Outside there is a small private courtyard across the yard at the front of the property which makes a lovely spot to sit and relax or even have a BBQ. You also have access to the owners 8 acres of peaceful grounds including a small lake to enjoy..
