The market town of Louth is close by and provides wonderful independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Market Rasen racecourse and Cadwell Park are within easy reach and have fantastic events on throughout the year. The Lincolnshire coast is a short drive away, Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea boast long sandy beaches and cracking fish and chips! The historical city of Lincoln is home to the stunning Lincolnshire Cathedral and Lincoln Castle and the city its self is steeped in history and character. Approached through the front garden you will see the surrounding countryside which welcomes you home. Stepping into the porch which is the perfect place to leave muddy boots and over coats it leads you through to the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Following on is the lounge with cosy wood burner and Smart TV. The conservatory is set off the lounge at the back of the accommodation with wonderful views over the garden and surrounding fields, in here you will find the dining table, a perfect place for a relaxing breakfast. To the bottom of the stairs is a handy downstairs WC. Upstairs offers two double bedrooms, one master double with walk in wardrobe and a smaller double with views over the surrounding fields. A family bathroom with shower over corner bath, sink and WC is also located on the first floor. Parking is located just in front of the front garden, on the other side of the quiet lane. There is a lovely stream to cross to enter the spacious front garden with fruit bushes and a small herb garden where you are welcome to help yourself alongside a brick built BBQ.
