The boating centre on Coniston Water, where guests can hire boats, canoes, and paddle boards, is just five miles away, whilst is a short drive in the opposite direction. This cottage, once thought to be the weaver s gallery of the original farmhouse, makes for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The large shared hallway provides a place to hang coats and leave boots, before entering the spacious lounge/diner, with its wood burner effect electric fire, views over the garden and a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. There is comfortable seating in this area, whilst towards the other end of the room, the dining table seats four.
