Ground floor property. Access is via a track. Wi Fi access. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Wood burning stove with fuel supplied. Electric and heating included. Off road parking for 3 cars. Please note there are sheep in surrounding fields although the garden area is enclosed this is not dog proof and care should be taken at all times. Pub and restaurant 0.5 miles .

Lake Windermere is just 2.5 miles away, as is the ferry terminal, from where regular boats run across to the town of Bowness. This stunning property offers single storey accommodation sleeping eight guests and is reached via a quiet track lane. On entering the property, guests will come to the welcoming hall, which offers a lounge area with comfortable seating next to the wood burner effect electric fire. To the left of this space is the spacious kitchen/diner which offers a well sized dining table and well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the nearby utility room. The property s main lounge has large floor to ceiling windows, which flood the room with light, as well as wood burner, comfortable seating, well stocked bookcase, TV, and DVD. Three of the property s bedrooms are located in the main house: a double room, a twin room (which can be made up as a king size on request) and a bunk bedroom. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is also a separate shower room with WC. The fourth bedroom, another twin room, is in a separate summer house. This room benefits from a wet room with shower and WC. Outside, the property enjoys a stunning four acres of gardens, with lawn areas, tucked away corners, benches, and a swing. There is also a covered veranda at the front of the property, from where guests can enjoy the stunning views over Esthwaite Water from the provided seating, table, and benches. There is off road parking for three cars to the side of the house..
