Both North and South Devon beaches are reachable in an hour, with Exeter only six miles away. Located only 40 minutes to the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor both filled with hidden gems and places to explore. A wealth of attractions are within easy reach including the National Trusts Knightshayes and Killerton, RHS Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal, Crealy Adventure Park, Pennywell Farm, The Big Sheep and Milky Way. On entering the property, through its own private front garden and entrance, you are met by a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, this room has two sets of French doors offering wonderful countryside views and access to the enclosed garden with patio and built in charcoal BBQ. Here you can relax and enjoy watching your favourite programme on the TV and you will be spoilt for choice with SkyTV with Sky movies, or take time to enjoy a movie on the Blu ray.
