With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall and days out could include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow. Enter the property, on your left is the snug which boasts a comfy sofa, Smart TV and an Xbox 360. Following on from here, you have the well equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and gas hob, coffee machine, kitchen island with breakfast bar, fridge and a dishwasher. Leading off from the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Adjacent to the utility room is the downstairs WC. Off the utility is a door which leads into the garage with small pool table, fridge, separate freezer and storage for surf and body boards, wet suits and beach equipment.
