Electric and gas central heating included . Private off road parking for 1/2 small cars. Wi Fi Included. Wall mounted hair dryer in the bathroom. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for those with reduced mobility. Pub and shop within walking distance and beach 2 miles. TV/DVD in lounge and TV in double bedroom.

On the opposite side of the estuary is Instow, with its sandy beach bars and restaurants, you can access Instow by a ferry over the estuary in the summer months and the wide golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! Is just two miles away and very popular with surfers. Bideford, Exmoor, Clovelly and Hartland Quay are close by and the area is a must for water sports, sailing and fishermen. Other attractions in the area include Arlington Court National Trust, RHS Rosemoor, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
