Kitchen/diner: with electric oven with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and radio/cd player. Outside: large enclosed, relatively secure garden with seating. Wi Fi, electric and central heating included. 4 well behaved, medium sized dogs welcome (more by arrangement). 0.25 mile unmade lane to reach the property. Ample parking. Location: numerous beaches 4 miles, pub, Post Office and shop 1 mile. Farm shop within 0.5 miles. Regret no electric car charging due to insurance. Traditional cream tea on arrival.

Set within a tranquil conservation site, guests are welcome to explore the woodland, wetland and heathland, with its abundant wildlife ideal for birdwatchers or night sky watchers due to the dark sky status. Alternatively, simply relax in the large garden with a glass of wine watching the world go by. Farm activities: the owners have goats, hens and ponies which guests are welcome to visit.
