Access to the famous Farne Islands, with puffins and grey seals, is nearby. Spacious and attractive, this converted barn is designed for comfort and relaxation. Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a large lounge which comes complete with a wood burner, sofas and armchairs, plus a TV with Netflix. The kitchen/diner provides all the amenities required for daily living, including an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a dining table with seating for eight. This property features three bedrooms two of which are on ground floor level and the third en suite bedroom on the upper floor which is accessed by a small staircase, one king size bedroom, one twin bedroom and a further king size. All of the bedrooms have TV's with DVD players and Netflix. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and WC. The property features a significant amount of outdoor space, with over a quarter of an acre at the rear of the cottage, with stone wall enclosed gardens at both the front and rear of the property, making it safe and secure for both dogs and children. The rear garden includes a patio area with garden furniture and a trampoline for younger family members. A BBQ and outdoor games such as croquet, swing ball and badminton are also available.
