Outdoor enthusiasts are well catered for with the wondrous Peak District National Park with a wealth of must visit tourist spots. Take a walk up to Black Rocks and enjoy a picnic alongside the beautiful views. Stepping through into the cottage the cosy lounge welcomes you with open arms, there are comfy sofas to collapse on after a tough day hiking the hills, with a TV to curl up in front of and a wood burner effect electric fire. Leading through to the kitchen/diner which lends itself to a lazy breakfast, and the space provides for all your culinary needs if you choose not to dine out in the nearby eateries. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Going up to the second floor, accessed via steep stairs, you will find a twin bedroom located in the converted attic space. The outside offers an enclosed garden slightly away from the property, located a few steps away from the back door. Take the garden steps up to find the seating area to relax and enjoy a cold drink in the sunshine, overlooking the surrounding gardens and wildlife and at the end of the garden there is secure bike storage.
