For a livelier day at the sea, head to Cromer which, at 15 miles away is still within easy reach, and offers two sandy beaches with a pier offering traditional entertainment, as well as an excellent range of independent eateries, many of which serve delicious local seafood. A covered porch leads guests to the front door of this property which opens onto a small hallway, off from which a door leads through to the lounge. This spacious room offers guests a comfortable spot in which to relax and unwind, with a choice of seating arranged for the TV/DVD and the warming open fire. Returning to the hall, guests will find a second door opens onto the dining room which is furnished with a table seating eight, and a traditional dresser. The property s kitchen is accessed through the dining room and offers a good range of equipment, including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave, can be found in the adjacent utility room. Leading off from a hallway towards the rear of the property, there is a shower room with a shower and WC, as well as a twin bedroom. The three remaining bedrooms can be found upstairs on the first floor, the first of which is a spacious double room which benefits from a refitted en suite bathroom with a bath and WC. The other two bedrooms on this floor are both twin rooms, one of which is accessed through the other. The main bathroom on this floor, meanwhile, offers a shower over bath and WC.
