A short stroll will bring you to the well known White Horse pub, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal at the end of a long walk. With the North Norfolk Coastal Path passing almost directly behind the cottage, there is no need to use the car to access the breath taking scenery of this fantastic shoreline. Inside, the property is spacious and inviting, with light and airy rooms and plenty of homely touches. The kitchen is a sunny room overlooking the garden, with a small breakfast table, electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Once prepared, enjoy evening meals in the dining room, which has a Welsh dresser and pine table that seats eight guests comfortably. The sitting room next door is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day, fitted with comfortable leather sofas and a TV/DVD. Alternatively, enjoy a peaceful afternoon s reading on the rattan chairs in the conservatory, which overlooks and opens onto the garden. Upstairs there are four light and airy bedrooms, one double with an en suite shower room and views over the marsh to the sea, a double and two twin bedrooms, one of which enjoys a sea view. There is a modern tiled family bathroom with overhead shower. Step outside of the conservatory and onto a sunny patio area, which features a large table, chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dining.
