The property is set directly on the Fife coastal path, perfect for walkers and lovers of the outdoors, or take a boat trip across to the May Isle. The local area also has some world class golf courses including St Andrews which is just a short drive away. Other attractions worth a visit include Kellie Castle and Gardens, Kingsbarns Distillery, Scottish Fisheries Museum and the Eden Mill Gin Tour.
