Regret no washing machine. Veranda and enclosed garden with woodland walk beyond. Parking available for 1 car. Art & craft workshops on site throughout the year. Secure storage for bikes is available underneath the property. Beach 3 miles, shop 1 mile and pub 1.5 miles. Due to the compact reverse layout of the property it may not be suitable for clients with additional needs. Maximum booking length of 7 nights (1 week).

A five minute drive leads you to Cornwall's south coast which offers glorious beaches, secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages including Looe, Polperro and Mevagissey. For something different, why not take a stroll or the cycle route to the village of Luxulyan and take the local train to Newquay or try your hand at fishing only two miles away. This cosy cottage offers an upside down style accommodation, so on entering via a flight of external steps, you will find yourself in the inviting and comfy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. You can relax in the welcoming lounge with its TV/DVD and there is also Wi Fi available. You can find everything you may need in the kitchen area including oven, gas hob, small fridge/freezer, and microwave. Taking the spiral staircase downstairs, you will find the snug and cosy double bedroom which is equipped with TV/DVD and a compact en suite shower room with WC. From the living space, a door leads out onto the first floor veranda with seating. The external staircase leads down to the enclosed garden, from which, there are plenty of woodland walks to be enjoyed. There is parking available for one car, and secure storage for bikes is available underneath the property. Or, bring sparkle to your Winter. Get your skates on for another Winter of fun at the Eden Project. The ice rink opening dates will be confirmed on the Eden Project website. You can enjoy seasonal activities, festive lights and explore the rainforest at twilight, just one mile from the property..
