Appledore Quay, shops and pubs within short walking distance. Instow beach 10 minutes drive away, or take the seasonal ferry there from Appledore. Westward Ho! Beach 5 minutes drive away. One allocated private parking space with access to a second reserved space which is shared with a neighbour. Also adjacent to the property is additional off road parking .
