The sandy beach at Mundesley is just 12 miles away, or you could enjoy fishing on the private banks of the River Bure, which is also navigable for canoes. You could also take a trip on the Bure Valley Railway steam trains which operate between Aylsham and Wroxham. The historic city of Norwich is just 11 miles away or you could head to the popular seaside resort of Cromer (14 miles).
