Smart TV and DVD, CD player and iPod docking station. Off road parking for 1 car, further street parking available nearby. Garden with seating. Secure Bicycle storage if arranged in advance. Despite the increase in utility costs the owner has made a conscious decision to not pass this on to guests and would appreciate if you could please use the gas and electric consciously, for example not having the heating on constant, certainly when you are not in the property..

Neighbouring Pickering (13 miles) also hosts a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants together with a historical steam train, which winds its way through stunning countryside to the coastal resort of Whitby (30 miles).
