The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, and fridge/freezer, everything required for holiday dining, and to help with the cleaning after, a handy dishwasher. The second lounge provides additional reading space, with X Box with a selection of games, a great space for the group to relax or play games together. There is also a handy ground floor WC. The cottage has three bedrooms, one king size, one double and one triple, complete with a bunk bed and an additional pull out single bed. Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Opening the kitchen doors to the patio, guests can enjoy the sunlit patio with garden furniture, an ideal spot for al fresco dining. There is a lockable outbuilding for securely storing your bikes. There is roadside parking outside the property for three cars, subject to availability..
