Wood burner first basket of logs supplied from October until the end April (kindling and firelighters are not provided). Night storage heating (except in single room). Garden with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Parking on lane for 2 cars, additional parking available in nearby car parks (charges may apply). Shop and pub within 800 metres. 2 steps lead up to the front door. Please note there is a stream beside the house care should be taken with young children.

Heading towards the coast you can explore the bustling historic market town of Bridport (6.5 miles). Dorset s Jurassic Coast has miles of glorious beaches, with West Bay (8 miles), Charmouth Beach (11.5 miles) and Chesil Beach (21 miles) all easily accessible. Enjoying a fantastic location in the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage is ideal for visiting Yeovil, Cerne Abbas and Lyme Regis (all within 15 miles). Approached via a flagstone path and a couple of steps, this beautiful detached stone cottage retains plenty of original features including exposed ceiling beams and a feature fireplace in the welcoming lounge/diner. The spacious and tastefully furnished lounge also features a wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating allowing you to snuggle up with a movie on the Smart TV, listen to music via the iPod dock or read a good book. There s a delightful dining area, perfect for an evening meal. Moving into the kitchen, there s another dining area, ideal for a snack or breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Exploring the ground floor further, there s also a delightful conservatory looking out towards the garden. Heading up the winding staircase you will find three bright and cosy bedrooms. There s a king size room, one twin room and a cosy single room. There is also a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Please note there are some low doorways. Outside, and reached via some steps, you will find a charming garden with a lawn, trees, shrubs, terrace and outdoor furniture, making this an ideal spot to sit back and relax with a BBQ or a drink in the evening.
