Hartland Moor Nature Reserve (7.5 miles), RSPB Stoborough Heath (8.5 miles) and Durlston Country Park (5 miles) are all nearby or you could spend a day in the traditional seaside town of Swanage (4 miles) or catch a steam train to Corfe Castle (5.5 miles). From Studland, you can catch a ferry to Poole or Brownsea Island. On entering this detached pretty cottage which is accessed from the rear via an unmade track, you will find the cosy lounge which is a lovely space to relax in, with TV, Blu ray DVD, iPod dock, Bluetooth sound system, plenty of seating and a feature fireplace.
