The South West Coastal Path is nearby offering spectacular walks for miles around. With the town being conveniently located just off the A39 and the border of Devon and Cornwall this is a great location for exploring both counties. Other attractions include The Eden Project, Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock, Padstow and Bodmin Moor. Upon entering the property, from the off road parking spaces you will be welcomed into the large open plan family room. The lounge area offers comfy leather sofas where you can sit back and relax whilst watching a programme on the Smart TV. The dining table seats everyone comfortably and is perfect for that special family meal which can be whipped up in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washer/dryer, separate sink, additional American style fridge/freezer and access to a shower room with shower and WC. From here there is a second lounge with plenty of seating and a Smart TV for everyone to relax after a busy day exploring.
